Mohamed Salah’s unique ‘juggle goal’ is all you need this Valentine’s Day evening

Well that was fun.

Liverpool enjoyed themselves in the pouring rain of Porto as Jurgen Klopp’s men scored five away goals against their Portguese counterparts.

First things first, if you haven’t seen Mohamed Salah’s goal, watch it now…

Reactions, skill, composure, cheek, flair… pure showmanship from one of world football’s great entertainers of the last year.

This piece of brilliance was the Egyptian’s 30th goal of the season in all competitions — and it’s mid-February.

The star of the show was Sadio Mane.

Liverpool’s Senegalese winger bagged a hat-trick as his link-up play with Salah and Roberto Firmino proved too much for Porto’s defenders to handle.

Jose Sa didn’t have the best night between the sticks for the hosts.

Cameras caught substitute Iker Casillas looking desperately glum when Mane’s shot after 25 minutes wriggled under Sa’s body to break the deadlock.

From then on the floodgates opened.

Salah’s goal came four minutes later and Mane poached his second soon after half-time when Sa failed to palm a Firmino effort into safe territory.

The Brazilian then got in on the act, capping off an incisive breakaway.

Check out his celebration (and Mane’s tame imitation) below…

Mane finished the rout with an emphatic strike from distance to ensure the matchball would be coming back to Merseyside.

Pick that out…

And things just keep getting better for Liverpool! 🤩

Liverpool have now scored 28 goals in the Champions League this season — more than any other side.

As for Porto, well, is there any point in them turning up for the second leg?
